But the girl working that checked me out was very very rude, and not helpful in the slightest. How she treated me was not okay especially in the customer service industry, I hope she can treat others better from now on. I won’t ever go to this location again because of my experience, I was shocked. I didn’t get her name but she was younger and had shorter reddish brown hair. Her cashier number is 670682 for anyone who is interested or for any employees/ management who can help and see this.

The girls there arnt your typical snooty salon girls. And the manager valin is hands down one of the greatist people ive met in this industry. Shes helped me so much in the store and in such a genuine way. I also do alot of shopping online and if there is a problem shes always quick to fix it.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

SalonCentric is open Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The store is closed on Sundays.
