She got a choppy, unblended, grandma-style pixie cut when she asked for a chin length layered bob and showed pictures. She had gotten the same haircut that she wanted before at this location and it turned out amazing, which is the second picture (aka what she asked for). But this time, it was really bad. The hair is much shorter than she asked for and she tried directing the stylist when the stylist tried to rush her out with an even worse haircut if you can believe it. I would give zero stars if I could. Edit: Added a couple more photos of how the hair was chopped up in the back. She tried styling it and it still ended up looking like this. Update: My wife already contacted the GC customer service email before I posted the review. CS said they would forward it on to the franchisee. That’s the furthest we’ve gotten so far.

The hair stylist said it was because of the way it was laying... So I asked her to fix it. She tried, but when I got home and was able to look at it closer, it was still pretty horrible. I was just surprised that I had paid a professional and ended up looking wise than a beauty school girl had cut it. Not impressed.
