She got a choppy, unblended, grandma-style pixie cut when she asked for a chin length layered bob and showed pictures. She had gotten the same haircut that she wanted before at this location and it turned out amazing, which is the second picture (aka what she asked for). But this time, it was really bad. The hair is much shorter than she asked for and she tried directing the stylist when the stylist tried to rush her out with an even worse haircut if you can believe it. I would give zero stars if I could. Edit: Added a couple more photos of how the hair was chopped up in the back. She tried styling it and it still ended up looking like this. Update: Received a full refund. Salon owner was very kind and understanding. Offered to blend the layers. My wife didn’t want anyone else to touch her hair at this point, but I raised the review one star because of how courteous the owner was.
