  Horrendous service and sketchy staff. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. BEWARE. I wanted to surprise my gf for her birthday and found this place last minute. I called in advance and was told to come in/walk ins welcome. When we arrived, we were told by the front desk that the next opening was 6 pm (we arrived at 3). I explained that I had called and was told to just come in. The receptionist and who I assumed was the manager spoke to each other and I was told to come back in 30 minutes. When we returned, they said they could see one of us now and the other in 15 minutes - not a problem. My gf went back and I took a seat. I was then told by the manager that they could see me now but asked for payment in advance (that's a first). I offered my card and they told me cash only. That made no sense since the sign on the front desk had listed cash and card pricing. I was then told the nearest atm was at Macey’s down the street and that I only needed to pull out $140. I was uneasy leaving my gf there by herself since I had a pretty bad feeling already about the place. I left and returned with cash 10 minutes later, pulling an extra $20 just in case they didn't mention the tip. I paid the $140 upfront, which they quickly pocketed (odd that they didn't put it in the cash box) and offered to shorten my appointment so mine could end the same time as my gf, giving me back $10. This also didn't make sense because according to their pricing, 45 minutes was $50 not $60. I said I wanted the full appointment. What followed was perhaps the most horrendous massaging experience of my life. I asked for medium and the masseuse literally used her elbows up my spine. Never have I grimaced so much in my entire life. I also felt extremely uncomfortable as the massuase sat on my back at one point, basically straddling my lower back and rocked while massaging my shoulders. Ironically, the only repreave was the 14 (yes, I counted) times she left the room. Nothing about the service was good and I honestly should have listened to the first red flags. After a painful massage, I was told they were grabbing me a water bottle. I got dressed and when I walked out, the massuase handed me a water bottle and flat out asked me for a tip. I gave the extra $20 I had pulled. She looked at it on confusion and asked in broken English if I also had a tip for the other massause (the manager). I explained that I was told to only pull out $140 for the two 1 hr massages and that's all I had. She then looked at me and told me "Next time, tip should be $20 per massage". I know the standard is 30% but this was beyond bold to blatantly ask for $20 tip after making me drive to get cash, trying to short change me with a shorter massage for more, and then leaving 14 times while giving a terrible massage. I said sure, next time and we left - they spoke in angry tones as we left quickly out the door. Bottomline - this place is beyond sketchy. I wish I had really read the reviews before hand as they were extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised if this is actually a front for other services and would NEVER recommend this place. Seriously, go somewhere else. I cannot tell you enough.
