- ASAmanda ScottJun 8, 20211.0I had my hair done here last minute by a "master stylist". I showed her pictures of what I wanted which was Bayalage. She took all day pulling dye through my hair and when she had dried my hair it looked exactly the same as when I came in. Exactly the same!! Then she cut my hair and it looked so bad. I do not reccomend going here. It worries me who they make "master stylists". I did get a refund and the manager was very nice an apologetic.

So many sighs in the first 3 minutes of the conversation. Customer service is very horrible that I just decided to go some place else for my cut and color. Once I said that to the rep on the phone she replied, "that's fine" and hung up.
