  The customer service here was the WORST. I didn’t even get my hair done at all. I had an appointment for a balayage but the hair stylist sat me down to tell me that my hair was really long and she hoped to finish by the time the salon closed. She honestly seemed like she didn’t want to work on my hair at all. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all which was so unprofessional. She then went over the prices and kept exaggerating the price and made it seem like my hair was difficult to work with. The prices we discussed were ridiculous and not worth the price especially with who you have to work with to do your hair. I also had to wait for her to get back from her “break”, there was no sense of urgency. I definitely don’t recommend you doing your hair here. It’s expensive and there’s no professionalism at this salon. Definitely find another hair salon!!!! Let me save you the drive that I wish I saved myself.

  Tried to make an appointment and the female representative was just so short tempered with me and rude from the time she answered. So many sighs in the first 3 minutes of the conversation. Customer service is very horrible that I just decided to go some place else for my cut and color. Once I said that to the rep on the phone she replied, "that's fine" and hung up.

  I had a HORRIBLE experience here! I went in to get a Balayage before my trip to California. I spent 4 hours with a lady that couldn’t understand what I was asking for. I ended up with orange, poke a dot/ Leopard spots all over my hair with some super blonde pieces scattered around. Super un even and no where close to a Balayage. I called them the next day to try and get my money back for the horrible job, panicking because I couldn’t go on my trip with this hair! Another lady told me to come in and she would fix it. I went in and was told that the bleach that she was going to use on my hair to fix it would not damage it at all. Totally not true. My hair is fried and it still looks terrible. I worked really hard to get my hair long and healthy and all it took was one trip to this place to destroy YEARS of hard work. 😭 I won’t even shop at JCpenny anymore after the experience I had. I’m furious with them. So please do not go here unless you want your long hair fried off and horrible color.
