  I came in with my aunt about a month ago. I got 2 piercings and she got 3. This was the 4th place I’ve gotten pierced at and it was my least favorite. The girl was really really kind, but we were given hardly any instructions on care. We got no sterilizer spray, no handouts, nothing. It felt very rushed at the end. It was also ridiculously priced. The initial piercing is $45 BUT that only includes 4 ugly options for earrings. Any others start at $20 each and can go up to $100+ per piercing! I ended up spending almost $200 for TWO piercings. I feel very disappointed and won’t be returning :(

  Came in and got my bellybutton pierced a few months ago. It never ended up healing right and I went to a different piercing shop to get a second opinion. They told me I didn’t have the right anatomy and whoever pierced me shouldn’t have it pierced me in the first place. I would recommend going to a tattoo and piercing parlor over groovy peach.

Lilly was just fab and thoroughly explained the whole process to me (naval piercing), made sure I was totally comfortable, and was the best hype girl I could ask for!! If you’re looking for a sign to get the piercing, THIS IS IT!! Will be back 100%

  Absolutely love groovy peach! This was my first piercing since I was a little girl and I was so nervous to get my helix done so I made my sister go with me and they made it such a comfortable experience. They explained everything so well and talked to me about my fears. It didn’t even hurt and was so quick! Then a few months later I got sick and my piercing swelled really badly. They got me in that day to switch out my post and took care of it and really just took care of me. They are not the pierce you and leave you to your own kind of place. They truly care about all their customers! Will definitely go again!

  So this is a little different review. I made an appointment to have Groovy Peach administer a navel piercing for me. I was very excited. It was to commemorate five years cancer free and it’s something I’ve kind of been looking forward to. I Walked in and the technician Halle met me and she conveyed her excitement for sharing this with me. When we got back to the room, I explained that I had had reconstruction and the tissue that was from the lower part of my abdomen, had been used to reconstruct. It was at that point that she explained there was a very good chance they would not be able to perform the piercing. She had a colleague come in and look at my belly button as well and they both explained to me that they could do it, but it was very likely that as it healed, the tissue would shrink, and because there isn’t a lot of tissue there my hole with essentially disappear and not heal correctly. They gave me some other options of what I could do and I told them I was going to leave and think over whether I wanted to do them. So while this is not a review on the actual piercing, I do want to say that they’re a very ethical establishment. They could have gone along with giving me the piercing regardless, but they did not. They explained to me the concerns in doing it. I really appreciated that and when I decide to have any piercings done, I will most definitely use them.
