They quoted me $12 when I called them ahead of time asking for pricing, and every time I’ve gone there they want to charge me for a full haircut and I have to explain I was quoted $12 for a trim that takes 1 minute to do. They argued with me in front of customers and made me look like I’m being difficult for only telling them what I was quoted and to charge me correctly. when I said then if your charging me a full haircut then give me my service I’m being charged for and she said I would have to wait back in line again and then told me she wasn’t comfortable cutting my thick hair. She wasn’t comfortable doing the service but wanted to charge me for something that she wasn’t done doing. She also tried overcharging us at the end and adding in her own tip of $14 additionally. I Will definitely go elsewhere as lying to customers and overcharging people is a bad business ethic in my opinion.

I have been growing my hair out for years and all my progress is gone just like that. I told the lady I wanted three inches off. she said she would cut three inches but at least five was cut off. Probably six inches on one side as they are noticeable uneven. I called asking for a refund and they said they rather have me come in and they will fix it for free. that’s very kind but after thinking about it more I am terrified of it getting shorter. I will not be returning and I advise you find somewhere else to go as well.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
