I have been growing my hair out for years and all my progress is gone just like that. I told the lady I wanted three inches off. she said she would cut three inches but at least five was cut off. Probably six inches on one side as they are noticeable uneven. I called asking for a refund and they said they rather have me come in and they will fix it for free. that’s very kind but after thinking about it more I am terrified of it getting shorter. I will not be returning and I advise you find somewhere else to go as well.

In fact she acted put-out when my request deviated from the piece of printed paper she had regarding my usual haircut..Her remarks were patronizing and short. My haircut, was lop -sided and uneven. Never again with that stylist. I could have gotten a better haircut with a Flobee.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
