- GMGabie McGinnisDec 29, 20251.0I got my hair cut by Chastity and she did a horrible job. I asked for two inches off my hair with long layers and bangs. The back of my hair was choppy and uneven. She couldn’t get my bangs right even after several attempts and asking me if they were even. Eventually she just had to stop and they were still uneven. She never even offered the mirror to look at the finished hair cut from the back. When I asked for the mirror she was hesitant and I had to ask multiple times before she gave me the mirror. After seeing the job she did I wouldn’t even let her fix it and just paid and left. She had very bad customer service. She talked about how she got a degree and was just doing hair because she couldn’t do anything with the degree she got from college. Good way to seem like you like what you’re doing and care about your job. The other lady working there didn’t say anything about the bad job either or seem to notice what her coworker was doing. I ended up going to another Great Clips on mall dr by the smiths and Cher did an amazing job fixing the monstrosity of a haircut done by Chastity. I had to cut much more off my hair than I wanted to get it fixed and would have been embarrassed to keep that haircut. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this Great Clips if they don’t want to waste their money and look like a child who did it themselves.

And my best haircuts have been from this Great Clips, which says a lot! I really like the stylists here - they put a lot of care into their work. I'm the only woman in my family, and it's rare for my guys to notice my haircut, but after Dallas cut my hair, my hubby and son both noticed it and told me how nice it looks. Which surprised me because there was no change in length, so I was impressed they noticed! My hair is so much easier to style since I've been coming here and I won't go anywhere else...everyone I've met here is fantastic!
