  I am currently in the process of removing my tattoo. Natalia has been taking such great care of me. She instructs me on after care anytime I have questions or forget without hesitation. She really cares about cleanliness and is very nice. She makes sure I am comfortable in her chair and that my needs are met first. She even provides drinks and snacks to make sure I’m fed. Natalia also knows a lot about skin care and is always happy to share what she knows to insure I benefit. It is because of her knowledge that my healing process is always swift. I’ll be happy to provide photos of my progress even though we have more sessions it’s definitely a process especially with a larger tattoo like mine. But the ink is completely gone in the spots she’s worked on. It’s like ink was never there. Creating smaller scabs to prevent scarring is a very effective process that inkOUT uses and most of them come from a medical background. Also it hurts no more than getting the tattoo and I barely feel a thing when they use numbing cream. Natalia definitely goes above and beyond to not only make she I’m healing but to make sure I’m comfortable and not in pain. I’m glad she’s working with me because she is so caring.

  Natalia is amazing and knowledgeable, attentive and result oriented. She takes her time, makes sure you’re comfortable and very fast with her services so she’ll finish before the numbing wears off! 10/10

  Natalia was very kind and professional. She did an excellent job with my InkOut session and I appreciated her consideration for my comfort through the whole process.

  Mandy was incredibly knowledgeable about both laser tattoo removal and the Tatt2Away method. She took the time to explain the differences between the two processes, which really helped me make an informed decision. Mandy’s friendly and personable demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and the time passed quickly during my first session. I highly recommend her!

  Mandy was fantastic! Both knowledgeable and approachable, she explained how the various treatment processes work and after reviewing my history (I’ve had numerous laser treatments in the past), we decided that Tatt2away was not the best option for me. She could’ve easily persuaded me to take a treatment but focused on what was best for me and my situation. I very much appreciate that!!
