- STStephanie TyeMar 19, 20261.0Are the hairdressers professional or trained? My hair looks like it’s been chop off unevenly all over. I am not confident to go back for touch up and salvage it. A simple request for a bob cut with layers with front length cover my cheeks. Looks nothing like the photo I showed her. Very disappointed. Worst haircut I’ve had. Paid the full price + tip for this ! Was there around 5pm on March 17.

- JNjake newhouseMar 3, 20262.0I come here often for haircuts and usually have a good experience. Today was different. The lady was visibly annoyed when I asked her to take my sides down a level. She was like angrily chopping with the scissors at my hair and just started acting all but hurt about it. “You should have told me that earlier” was her response. I was taken aback because it’s not like it was busy or anything and we were having a cordial conversation prior to that. When I got home I looked my haircut over and it looks like a hatchet job. All uneven on the sides etc. ugh usually they hand me a mirror to look it over and make a few adjustments from there. I should have paid the extra $20 and went to a fancy barber shop and got the haircut I wanted.

The day before my birthday, I come in to get my haircut and the person cutting my hair literally didn't follow any of my history on my past haircuts. I didn't get the fade i wanted. She just went in with the scissors and just starting hacking away at the back area. Problems she had: 1. Didn't engage in conversation with me, making the haircut less enjoyable and interesting 2. Didn't give me a fade at all 3. Cut my sideburns way too high 4. Didn't ask if I wanted the back rounded or squared 5. Didn't even bother showing me the back of my hair I nearly had to celebrate my 21st birthday with a chopped haircut. Luckily, my brother (who is 19 years old) was able to fix the problem and give me what I wanted. That goes to show, if a 19 year old with no experience in a barbershop can do better than you guys, then it's time to step it up. I am certainly not coming back to any Great Clips nor would I ever go back to this location if you guys plan to be this dull about what you were trained to do.
