- AMAngie MassarellaMar 26, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would!! The mexican lady who checked me in was the one who was going to cut my hair. As I was trying to explain what I have done in the past & how short I wanted the back & my sides clipped she kept cutting me off & telling me which comb length she was going to use....She didn't have any that would be short enough, I tried to tell her that & explain what I have @ home but she just cut me off....She handed me a mirror to show me the back & kinda traced with her fingers how she planned on cutting it which was NOT what I was wanting.the underhairs on the back of my neck grow up & straight out & THAT'S what I wanted her to trim NOT the hair over it. As I tried once again to explain what I wanted, her eye roll was so loud I'm sure everyone @ Smiths & the surrounding shops heard it! She kinda huffed & called to the other stylist but @ that point I was beyond frustrated & done dealing with her rude know-it-all unprofessional attitude. I took off my cape, put the mirror on her station, gathered my things & left. I made sure to thank her for her snotty, unprofessional attitude & that her eye rolls were rude & unnecessary. I am LIVID right now!! That woman has NO business in customer service if she's gonna cop an attitude & not even try to comprehend what the customer wants!! So glad she didn't get the chance to actually do anything with my hair cuz she probably would have butchered it!! Gonna try a different location cuz my hair really needs help! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this location!! I wonder how the store even stays in business with the attitude she has! She needs to find something else to do that doesn't require any interaction with people cuz she doesn't know how to shut her mouth & actually listen to the customer....Maybe if her english were better she could comprehend

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
