He was there buying my perfume I wanted for my Birthday last week. When he told me the story I felt so bad that he had to go through that and still bought it there. Never again, I will make sure of that. There are plenty of other retailers selling perfume. Thier management should spend the money for customer training.

But dude, there aren’t worse Sephora employees that exist. They just stare at customers rather than help, you ask them anything & they don’t know what you’re talking about and aren’t willing to help. After two visits here I don’t think I’ll step foot in here again.
