  They should update the closing time to 8:38 instead of 9:00 if that’s the time they’re going to actually close. Shameful really.

  Order an online order for pick up and drove 1 hour to get there for them to tell me that the product I got and got the day before and fully paid for was given to somone els that same day and a refund will be paid back but I'm like I already wasted gas and one hour of my life . I paid for the item before hand why would they give it to somone els and not give me anything back in return.

  Here to pick up an online order, I was immediately blown away at how friendly and helpful the staff was. They have an excellent selection and are well organized. Check out was a breeze and I was in and out of the store quickly. I will definitely be back in the future.

  I want to share an extremely upsetting experience I had at this Sephora location, where I felt I was treated with hostility and what appeared to be racially motivated behavior from one of the employees. I visited the Rhode section to look for a few products. When I couldn’t find the one I wanted, I politely approached an employee and asked if they had any more in stock. I showed her the product in my hand, and she responded rudely with, “Have what?” and “What is this??” even though I was clearly holding it up for her to see. When I showed her again, she grabbed it abruptly, opened the bottom drawer, and made me search for it myself without offering any assistance. Her demeanor was unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. I continued shopping and tried to move past it, but when I returned to the same section for a similar product, the situation escalated. As I bent down to look in the drawer, I didn’t realize my drink had spilled slightly. The same employee came toward me and yelled, “YOU’RE SPILLING YOUR DRINK EVERYWHERE! What do you need?!” Her tone was aggressive, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. At that point, I looked up at her and asked if she was being racist, because this was the second time she had approached me with hostility for no reason. Her behavior toward me was noticeably different from the way she interacted with customers of her own race. It was clear, painful, and deeply unsettling. I felt targeted, disrespected, and shocked that I was being treated this way. I asked to speak with a manager. By then, I was crying and shaking from how upsetting the interaction was. I explained everything to the manager, who apologized for the employee’s conduct. I also spoke with another manager, Jade, who assured me she would help follow up and provide the necessary information so I can report this properly. No customer deserves to be treated with disrespect, hostility, or discrimination. Racism is unacceptable in any environment, and I sincerely hope Sephora takes this situation seriously so no one else has to experience what I did.

  I had a great experience at Sephora thanks to Amelia! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above-and-beyond helping me find the perfect shades for my skin tone. She listened carefully to what I wanted, offered honest advice, and made the whole process fun and easy. I left feeling confident in my choices and impressed by how much she cared about getting it right. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again!
