I have only been to this store three times, and every time I have made a purchase so I am not sure why she felt the need to be so aggressive but now I need to buy mascara but it will not be at Sephora

He was so incredibly kind to me and took the extra step to make sure I wasn’t handed just a vegan or “healthy” makeup brand, but went in and identified good ingredients and made sure I wasn’t just pushed to the side. I play along knowing I was not any where near City Creek this past week, let alone yesterday and reply "oh yeah, so what do you remember?" Security says, "We have really good cameras." Clearly he is trying to me to admit to something I haven't done. Then he continues with "put everything in the basket." Like a backwards robbery. 😂 Safe to say I put everything in his little basket and left as I felt like I was looked at as a criminal or like I did something wrong when I had not done anything. He could've mistaken me for someone else, but I go everywhere with my puppy so I feel it's something that would set me apart, guess not. Not fair to treat me as a criminal. Maybe print proof of every shoplifter and prosecute/show picture in person to have undisputable evidence to reference. He refused to give me his name. I feel uncomfortable enough in that store being a middle aged man, being accused of shoplifting really made me uncomfortable, never going back.
