We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

Although we were greeted by everyone upon entering they did let us explore on our own without much interruption (there’s a fine balance between customer service and hovering which Lush has the best example of this) upon checkout she was helpful with further information on things we were interested in and assisted us with some samples of items that were seasonal and would like to see if we could incorporate into our existing skincare routines. 10/10 would come again when I’m in this city.
