I recently booked a large group of ladies to have their hair styled for an event I host for individuals with disabilities, and the entire team exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, caring, and attentive to everyone’s needs. The stylists worked efficiently without ever cutting corners on service, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable for our entire group. Avanti truly went above and beyond. Every lady in our group was thrilled with her hair, and the confidence it gave them was priceless. A special thank you to Mariona for assisting with the accommodations and helping make this large group booking such a success. I highly recommend Avanti and will absolutely be returning in the future!

The students managing the front desk came across as rude and dismissive, and there didn’t seem to be anyone truly in charge or ensuring things ran smoothly. It gave off an overall sense of disorder and confusion. My hope is that they can work towards cultivating a more respectful and professional environment. With better leadership and a positive attitude, I believe Avanti has the potential to be a truly outstanding institution.
