The stylist that answered did not say that was not an option. I was under the impression my son would return with a haircut and refund. But they told him they can’t do that after he got it straightened. Still will need to grow out to completey look normal again. If I had known upfront I would have got my refund and went somewhere else. Not posting pictures online of my son out of privacy. But it looked like a 3 yr old blended it, and they left a huge chunk not even cut on his temple. They even fixed his beard while he was there since it too looked terrible. $41 for a horrible haircut / beard trim . What about our time for having to return for something that should have been done right the first time. Glad it wasn’t a special occasion or this would have been a nightmare . Thanks a lot Great Clips. We won’t be back.
