  I was there about a week ago and was helped by two girls, such amazing service! Molly helped me with some questions about a foundation and hair products. She is so sweet and patient! I loved it. Martina was also very nice and kind. I truly loved the customer service at this Sephora!

  The employees were kind, but my huge issue is with the exchange policy. I received a gift through a white elephant gift exchange so I had no clue who the purchaser was, and wasn’t allowed to exchange even though they could verify that it was a Sephora item brought it with a Sephora bag. Just a bummer that such a huge chain doesn’t have a more flexible policy for exchanges.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Sephora location today. My mom and I were looking for a specific eyebrow shade and needed assistance, so I asked an employee for help. When we brought her over to the section, she spoke to my mom in a very rude and snappy tone, as if my mom was doing something wrong just for looking at the products. When I tried to explain that the shades were high up and hard to see, she snapped at me and said, “I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to her.” It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. We were just trying to find the right color. This interaction left us feeling uncomfortable, and it definitely wasn’t the level of service I expect from Sephora.
