  This Sephora is amazing! All the employees are so kind and helpful. And the Managers are wonderful. They all know just how to help me.

  I absolutely love going to the Mtn.View Sephora location. All the girls there are so nice, and helpful! You can tell they want to make sure you will find everything you're looking for. I've never had a bad experience.

  DON’T BOOK Makeup service!! my appointment that I booked 2 weeks before was canceled couple of hours on the same day of the appointment, and they just simply told me to look for other appointments in other stores!! HOW PROFESSIONAL!! And I have a wedding to attend!! The funny thing they charge you 25$ fees if you don’t show up to the appointment BUT if they simply cancel your appointment it’s ok, they didn’t even have the decency to give me solutions and when I told them that’s unprofessional and unacceptable they’re the one who should do the phone calls not me and they should provide and substitute the person who’s doing the makeup (since she’s sick all of the sudden before couple of hours of my appointment) and then the manager assistant Brandy called back and told me to go to Orem! Which is an hour drive and after showing my frustration and telling her this is not they way you deal with situations as a manger ( again she’s supposed to find someone and bring them to fill in for the person who is sick at the same time and place) it’s not the customer fault that should deal with this issue Very unprofessional and I will escalate this to higher management!! Unprofessional Don’t book appointments with them because they might do to you the same thing they did to me unless they change the management!! Upset and frustrated and they only care about money not customer!!

  It was my first time there, I arrived a little bit before and immediately saw that they had quiet hours designated throughout the week. This isn’t something I need, but it’s something that people who I love need, and I appreciated that they were forward thinking and supportive of neurodivergent people. This was a sign from the get go I was in the right place. No exclusion, only empathy and respect. When they opened I was nervous to admit that I am transgender to the employee who greeted me and my wife, but as soon as the employee knew my pronouns and understood what I was there for, she immediately started to affirm my identity and feelings, was gracious when I admitted that I knew almost nothing about makeup. And communicated clearly about the benefits of using the in-house esthetician who I believe was named Margarita. (I’m terrible with names) but once I was with the esthetician, the experience only got better, she was kind and gentle, listened to me and understood what I wanted even when I had a hard time articulating it. I’m sure that Sephora employees are used to this, but I want to make sure they understand, that for 35 years I felt ugly, the face I saw in the mirror was so wrong that I never understood what it was I didn’t like about it, and couldn’t articulate to anyone that there was a problem although I felt it there under the surface. But today, I walked into a welcoming space, expressed a desire to want to look good and feel better about myself, and I was listened too, Margarita (hopefully that’s her name lol) helped me like the face I see in the mirror. Sephora was part of my journey to love myself. And I love that. It can be pricy sometimes so I will be watching for deals and offers , but I won’t be stumbling through the cheap supermarket makeup, because I know that the people at Sephora actually care, and they are there to help
