I wanted richly-colored brown highlights but ended up with streaks of a bleach orange color. I believe she was incapable of matching the picture of what I wanted. The color especially came off in the shower and there were streaks of blonde/orange everywhere, which is what I did not want at all. I found one of the staff to be very blunt and rude to the other staff. I didn’t feel very comfortable being around someone so upsetting. She acted annoyed when the other staff asked questions and wasn’t pleasant to be around for my visit. Esmeralda is a very nice presence in this salon. I have been happy with her work and she is extremely pleasant and kind. However, my recent poor experience has ruined this salon for me. 5 stars for Esmeralda though.
