  I took my 11yr old to get a haircut. When I got home and my son took his hat off I noticed he was in tears!!!! The woman who cut his hair made so many mistakes!!!! And I’m pretty aware that you get what you pay for but she took it to the next level!!!! She cut super high on one side then forgot to cut the back so it looked like he had a mullet and then tried fading the other side but nothing matched!!! It looked like he had gotten 3 different haircuts!!! So I rushed back to the salon and demanded someone to at least try to fix it as best as possible. There was a lady who was covering a shift from another location and when we walked in her reaction was oh wow!!!! After I explained to her that a coworker had done that she tried her hardest to fix it but she had to shave off much more to try to save it!!! Long story short my son left in tears and has not taken off his baseball hat off ever since!!! Spend the extra $5-10 bucks and go anywhere else!!!!

  Shae was the employee that cut my hair today and she did a fantastic job! She was good at asking and answering questions and overall had great communication skills. I have had many good experiences at this great clips.

  Sara F is the best!!! She started cutting my hair about 1 year ago and I can't go to anyone else! Would recommend she's great company while getting a haircut, makes it feel like home.

  THE HORROR 😱 I took my 14 year old today to get his low taper fade touched up. I hate the haircut but he has straight A’s and is a good kid so this is as wild as he gets. The girl who ended up helping us announces to the whole store as another client left “I knew he wasn’t going to tip! I called it. I hate it when I call it and I’m right. Next!” My son said he wanted to touch up his current cut. She didn’t even know what is was. She didn’t Google it or ask for a photo. She attempted to clean up what he had and butchered it then acted annoyed when he and I asked her to fix things. Like straight lines at his temples instead of visible clipper lines. The long hair at his cowlick sticking straight up and 2” longer than the hair around it. The lack of blending. The longer length on his temples. He didn’t want to fuss and then just said to buzz it. Irritated, she chopped off the top poorly and blended nothing. I went over to my other stylist waiting for me and told her it wasn’t her fault but I would Not be getting my hair cut today. It’s my first cut since my hair grew in post chemo and the anxiety I felt from the attitude and lack of skills on display from that person who butchered my kid made me flee as fast as I could. She told me it was OK and she understood. I wondered how often this happened to her as a coworker and to other clients. It took everything in me to pay for the cut and not leave her the tip that if you don’t do your job correctly people don’t tend to leave an expression of gratitude… a gratuity. I went to the other salon across town and had an incredible experience. They even volunteered to fix his hair for free. Save yourself the time, the crushed soul, and the entitled attitude and go literally anywhere else. I checked, and the two stores are not managed by the same people so I don’t know if the town center location will ever improve. The Brigham’s Landing location gets five stars ⭐️!
