I walked out with most of my head shaved and the rest in a weird, awkwardly and unevenly shaped bowl cut. I have no idea what she was thinking, but it was nothing like what I wanted; she didn't ask any clarifying questions, and when I tried to tell her to leave it longer on top she just said "okay" and then hacked it short. Definitely never coming back here. Also, I did complain to customer service and they had the manager email me, but all she did was offer to "adjust" the haircut. At that point I didn't have enough hair left to "adjust" so I told her I didn't see the point, and she never responded after that.

I had just finished working at the trampoline park and as I was changing out of my work clothes in the bathroom I saw that my hair was becoming an uncomfortable length so I decided to stop by great clips before going to jersey mikes to get my go to sandwich the chicken chipotle. I walked in and was greeted by my stylist she was nice enough but once I sat down I realized something was up. She pretended to listen to my requests and then when I finished talking she started to cut. It felt lazy and imprecise after 3 minutes she said she was done and wondered if I wanted anything else. I thought to myself the sides were untouched the back was not cleaned I thought maybe it was some sick joke. I then asked if she could finish the job and complete what I thought was a normal hair cut but as she continued I was filled with fear she seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and looking back I suspect she didn’t. After all, I had a bad lazy haircut spent 22 dollars and never want to go back. At least the chicken chipotle was good.
