Hear me out - I took my kid to NOT THIS LOCATION but the other today to touch up a haircut and it was a horrible experience. She butchered him. He wanted to cry and he’s 14! She had called out the previous customer for not tipping and I wasn’t surprised. I asked her to fix 5 things and she begrudgingly did but ended up making it worse. Why does that matter? I haven’t had a haircut since I lost my hair to chemo. Today was supposed to shape my regrowth and be a fresh start. I told the other stylist I couldn’t go through with it because the girl who butchered my kid gave me anxiety. The look on her face said this wasn’t the first time. I crossed town to THIS location and had an incredible experience. They cut my hair beautifully but after hearing my earlier experience offered to fix my son’s hair for FREE. The manager did it herself! Thank you Emily and staff for such a stark contrast to earlier in the day. We will be back to the Brigham’s landing location!

- JSjake stubbsJan 6, 20262.0Just a heads-up for anyone planning to use the $9.99 coupon from the Great Clips website: make sure the coupon is actually emailed to you before you arrive at the location. I showed the coupon on the website when I checked in and asked if they would accept it. I was told that it needed to be emailed to me, but that it could take anywhere from 20–45 minutes, and that we could start the haircut and it would likely arrive by the time I was done. Unfortunately, the email never came during the service (I checked my inbox and spam). When I was finished, I was told by Will they needed to check me out, so I paid even though I preferred to wait for the coupon email. I received the coupon after I got to my car, went back inside immediately, and was told they couldn’t honor it because I paid with a card and not cash, and the transaction couldn’t be reversed. The haircut itself was fine, but the coupon process was frustrating. My advice: don’t rely on the website screen—wait until the coupon is in your email before even going into the location. It’ll save you time and frustration.
