When you walk in for a haircut, they say nasty things about you to each other as you are walking in the store, then one actually laughed while looking at the customer they are badmouthing right in front of the customer! The blonde one that came from CA did this. I can't think of a more rude and nasty person to treat customers this way! How is it they think it's ok to badmouth customers right in front of the very customer they are badmouthing????? A big zero!

We'll, it looked nothing like the picture; she looked like a boy. She gave her a boy haircut. I'm really mad and so is my daughter. She has to go to school and just wants to wear a hat. Kids are mean. I have been getting her haircut at Great Clips and showing the same picture without any problems before. Her hair has turned out gorgeous and really cute. So, I can definitely say that this girl ruined it and made her look like a boy. I don't even see why I should have to pay for a horrible job. My daughter has to go to school like this and face the possibility of mean comments now because kids are just cruel because she looks like a boy. It's nothing close to the pixie cut.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
