Karmen is extremely talented and nailed my vision 100%. I do still plan on returning. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is due to the price difference from the booking. When I booked, it including the blonding and a haircut for $169.20. I was aware it would be $25 per extra bowl. Well I only needed one extra bowl but somehow my total was about 250. That was excluding the tip. I’m not really sure how😅
