Listen I've gone here about a year now and that means I've gotten about 4 hair cuts here they all sucked. They have a feature which granted I think is pretty cool were you can recored the lengths of different parts of your hair or add a certain style you want. THIS ONLY works if it's the same stylist cutting your hair every time and you personnally put in the notes and commnents if note they can interpret it howevery they want. I looked at the other reviews and saw many complaints about the only MALE stylist there (don't know his name and nobody else does) he cut my hair today. I came in with a short video I say on insta of a hair cut I wanted I pulled it up held the phone in my hand and he said "I'm not whatching a video". I was blown away. THIS GUY is treating me like a fricking car i come in he does his thing and i leave. Bro how am I supposed to expect a hair cut I want or like when this guy won't even look at my video. I also want to note he has know idea what terms I'm talking about when I say the words "modern mullet" that doesn't mean straight hard cut lines. The whole hair cut I just knew this was bad. And to be honest he did too, he's huffing and puffing the while time constantly checking his watch while he has scissors 2 inches from my head. I don't care how experienced you are that's terrifying. I'm never coming back here! I don't know if anyone's gonna read this but thank you for letting me ramble. Please don't bother going here I would give it 0 out of 5 stars but I can't. And for the what ever robot they have at great clips that answers all the bad reviews the exact same... figure it out please. If I get that same automated review I'm going to social media and I'm Going to fry this place.
