I went in with a lot of shoulder, pain and tension along with a stiff neck. He was masterful at relieving tightness in the neck and shoulders specifically.

Arrived early to enjoy the amenities (sauna, hot tub and steam showers)and properly prep my mind,body and soul for pampering. Shomara mastered the medium pressure I enjoy in a relaxing and rejuvenating massage sprinkling in some much needed trigger point techniques to get out those Knots. Next was my facial with Adara and her expertise was top notch. The coconut milk hydrating scalp treatment feels luxurious and smells amazing and we all need more head massages in our lives. The microcurrent treatment helps tone my facial muscles and applied with the gel hydrates and cools which is extremely refreshing on a 0% humidity day. Special shout out to front desk Mickeisha who was wonderful and inviting upon check in but also was my lifeline when I called to coordinate this spa day for me and my twin. Thank you Serenity spa for making our birthday extra special!!!!

I rebooked with Wesley again this year. He is a highly skilled therapist. If you are dealing with any range of motion issues, he's your guy. Take advantage of arriving early to relax and enjoy a mimosa or tea in the peaceful ambiance of the lounge. Get a tour so you know all the amenities! Thank you, Serenity. I'll be back! 💕
