- TDTyler and Sydney DeMann3 days ago1.0This review is about Marikah? Idk how to spell it but she has black hair and helped us at the counter. I had a really disappointing experience at Sephora. I came in to make a return and was nothing but friendly and polite, but the employee helping me had a very cold and dismissive attitude the entire time. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking a simple question about the return process. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, especially at a store like Sephora, and this interaction honestly made me not want to come back. I understand everyone has off days, but basic kindness and professionalism go a long way. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not what you expect from a brand like this.
