  My mom went into this location earlier today and she went in finding a gift for her friend and she asked an employee that had long dark hair (don't know the name). She asked if there was any gift sets on sale and she said there was some for 50% off and only pointed where they were at and didn't give her any direction what was on sale or even gave her any recommendations and just left her in the dark. Then she found a gift set and asked that same employee and said "this is not on sale, they were on sale yesterday" when the sign was still up and didn't even honor it for her. Like take the sign down then? Keep in mind, this was her first time going in and she claimed that no one helped her and that the employee was rude. This location needs to do better, no wonder why there are so many BAD reviews, how disappointing.

  Awful customer service. I saw an Uber delivery person being discriminated against and not shown how to pick up his order. He didn’t speak English and noticed I spoke it, so he came to ask me(I was just shopping, I was just a regular customer). Then I noticed employees would not show him where he was supposed to go, ignore him, or even redirect him knowing he wouldn’t understand because of the language barrier, and go back to ignore him in his face. I helped him and had to tell the employee to please show him how to pick up his order but everyone just kept on telling him to do it himself and told him they didn’t speak his language and couldn’t help him. A lady even asked me(a customer) to help him find the product, and I had to tell her I didn’t work there to do something like that, and she very rudely said “Sorry I can’t help you then”. I go to other locations and see that Uber drivers are helped just fine, even if they speak Spanish(especially if they speak another language because they don’t want to make mistakes with deliveries). The employees here went back to just standing and talking to other people while ignoring that Uber delivery employee. Also, the front lady said she couldn't leave her area, which I understand, so I asked if she could ask somebody else to help, but she rudely denied, ignored us even when I spoke clear English to her. As soon as she said no, somebody else asked for help and she talked to someone on her radio to help her, which was very disrespectful. While I was talking to the Uber delivery driver for his order, she would talk back at me in perfect Spanish, when I was clearly not talking to her, which was very disrespectful, rude, and aggressive behavior. I hope this location can fix they're online third-party delivery system but for the moment they're employees are so rude I do not wish to EVER come back, and EVER would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE.

  Walked in and saw 3 employees standing together talking. I waited for them to finish, but the conversation continued. When I asked for help, they seemed super annoyed at being interrupted. I had to ask three different employees for assistance with a pickup order and waited about 20 minutes before receiving help. I don’t usually come to this location because I’ve never had a good experience. Unfortunately it was the only one that had the things I needed in stock. Make the extra drive to Riverton they’re a lot more professional.

  Love this Sephora! They like to change up the location of smaller brands but I like the challenge of finding my eye cream or searching out a new lip balm. The staff are always happy to stand and yak with me about ingredients or new launches coming up. Sometimes the samples will be left out when product is no longer available but seeing how many thousands of products they have I don’t ding them for it. They are always willing to have something shipped for free if they don’t have it in store.
