- JHJamie Holt3 days ago5.0Love this Sephora! They like to change up the location of smaller brands but I like the challenge of finding my eye cream or searching out a new lip balm. The staff are always happy to stand and yak with me about ingredients or new launches coming up. Sometimes the samples will be left out when product is no longer available but seeing how many thousands of products they have I don’t ding them for it. They are always willing to have something shipped for free if they don’t have it in store.

Me and my friend were shopping and a certain worker would NOT leave us alone. She kept tailing us like we were stealing and then while me and my friend were trying out a product she came back for seriously, like the sixth time in the span of 10 minutes, and told us we were being too loud and interrupting other customers peace. Super offensive. almost wanted to walk away and put everything we had away and not buy it. Ruined the mood. Almost didnt walk out with anything. Frankly i felt super racially profiled as a latina and my friend who is islander. No longer feel comfortable at this store and i LOVE sephora
