The cut was two inches shorter than I asked for, with random chunks taken out, and an unexplainable slant from right to left. I told the stylist, Leslie, that I hadn't cut my hair in a couple of years due to my anxiety about it being messed up. My hair, which was just above my butt, is now just past my shoulders. I lost years of growth trying to fix her mess, and it's still full of uneven chunks. My only option to get rid of them is to cut it to my shoulders... the last photo is after it was "fixed". I appreciate the woman who did everything she could to fix it, but it doesn't change the fact that it will take three or four years for my hair to grow back to where it was.
