- MMMFeb 2, 20261.0Some of the staff are rude, condescending and grumpy are just a few words that describe the employees in this place. Obviously, not all are like that. The thin older lady with long hair, Should not be working with the public. Working from home might be a better fit. She should really consider a career change. In addition, it’s not clean. If you look at the floors they are really dirty which probably means the equipment they use is not clean as well. Most great clips are NOT like this. But this one in Harrisville/North Ogden you should avoid and consider a Supercuts or another alternative.

I in general let my son get his hair cut how he wants, he is 12 he has to wear it everyday, his choice. But when you don't even ask the person paying for his hair cut what he can and cannot get done there is a problem. The stylist did not even ask me the person paying for his hair cut, if she could shampoo his hair, so I asked why are you shampooing his hair, and like a total brat she responded I have to so I can get all the hair off, well no other stylist who has ever done his hair has ever needed to. Then I asked why is his hair so long on top and she said we cut a quarter off an inch off, again with the most disrespectful tone. I am his parent lady if I ask a question about my child's hair cut you should not be rude to the person paying for the haircut. I am usually a very good tipper for those who cut and style his hair but no way was I tipping this rude lady who was so disrespectful. If this salon wants the name of who did his hair they can reach out to this post and I would be happy to call and let them know.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
