While I was in the salon, I overheard a conversation between a stylist and another client that included clearly homophobic remarks. The comments were unprofessional, inappropriate, and completely out of place in a public setting—especially in a service environment where all customers should feel welcome and safe. As a queer person, hearing that kind of language from staff made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and on edge. No one should have to question whether they're safe or accepted while getting a haircut. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it. Great Clips should be a place where all clients, regardless of who they are, feel respected and treated with dignity.
