  This is my first time trying this in my life, and I just wanted to give it a try. The staff are very nice, polite, and helpful. They explained every detail and step clearly, which made me feel comfortable. I’m still in the process, so I don’t know the final results yet. I’ll keep updating to see if it’s really worth trying CoolSculpting.

  I absolutely love Genesis Lifestyle. Hannah is so knowledgeable with skin care and everything. Brooklyn, Sarah, and Emily are so nice and helpful. Genesis is a very professional clinic.

  When machinery went wrong on their end they were very nice and offered free facial for the inconvenience! And they are very good about scheduling.

Emily was kind, very professional and helpful without judgement, she explained everything that would happen and all financial options and answered all of my questions.   Have been coming here for 20 years. Staff is always courteous and informed. Hannah did my most recent procedure and she did well. Had not taken any aspirin so there was no bruising.
