  I didn’t receive a survey so I wanted to mention how amazinggggg and helpful Haven was. I had some difficulty with an exchange and she was an absolute sweetheart and helped me out the whole time:)❤️ everyone at this location is always super kind even though it’s super busy.

  Bowie was absolutely amazing at Sephora! They were so helpful, genuinely positive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Bowie gave thoughtful recommendations and described each option so clearly that it made choosing exactly what I needed easy and fun. You can tell they really know their stuff and care about helping people feel confident. Such a great experience—thank you, Bowie!

  The cashier was paying very little attention to my check out and charged me double, accidentally scanning the same thing twice. Costumer service forced me to drive back to the store if I want to get my refund for THEIR mistake. Should’ve gone next door

  They wouldn’t accept an exchange for a DEFECTIVE ITEM because I was over the return period by ONE DAY. They said to call customer service and they didn’t help me either. They all just told me to kick rocks. Absolutely insane, I’m never shopping there again

  Terrible consultants at this Sephora!!! I asked them how long the birthday gift was valid, and they told me that I could pick it up within a year. When I came to pick it up three weeks after my birthday, they told me that my gift box was no longer valid and that I could not pick it up, even though they had placed it on the table for me to choose from. I believe that the policy and service of Sephora should be customer-friendly and do everything possible to make us want to come back, because when we buy a product, we want to have a pleasant experience. They hire unqualified staff….
