When I came to pick it up three weeks after my birthday, they told me that my gift box was no longer valid and that I could not pick it up, even though they had placed it on the table for me to choose from. I believe that the policy and service of Sephora should be customer-friendly and do everything possible to make us want to come back, because when we buy a product, we want to have a pleasant experience.
