- JPJodi Porter3 days ago1.0I have had my hair cut at this location several times throughout the years. I have a regular hair stylist who I see for color, and cuts, and then I go to Great Clips if I just need a quick trim. Just before Christmas I went in for a trim, as well as to get my undercut shaved down. The girl who was cutting my hair was mainly cutting my hair by pulling it to the back so I really couldn't see what she was doing. My hair was quite long, and I had it one length besides framing my face. Even the framing was long as the layers started around my mouth. I don't know what this girl was thinking, but by the time she was done, my hair was completely butchered!!! She cut short layers throughout, but there was no blending. I literally had sections of short chunks sporadically throughout. My undercut was about an inch and a half, but she shaved it more than 3 inches. My haircut was so horrible that the manager noticed it as I was leaving. I had a family Christmas party the following night. I was completely humiliated as everyone made comments. I would have addressed it while I was there, but I really didn't notice how bad it was until I was home. The manager told me I could come back in to have it fixed, which I did, but it was really too botched to do much of anything with it. I paid for 3 haircuts in advance with a promotion they were having. So, I paid for my haircut, 3 future haircuts, the $10 tip I gave the girl who ruined my hair, and then I gave the girl who tried to fix it $20. I should have been reimbursed at the bare minimum!!!!! I will not be returning to Great Clips. I know they offered to help fix it, but I shouldn't have had to pay a cent for this experience.

- CACarlos ArceOct 17, 20251.0I walked in and I was sitted in a spot where the sunlight was hitting my face, I asked if I could be seated somewhere else (there was three open stations next to it), she said it was fine because she was going to turn me around while cutting my hair. She was trimming my beard and was not paying attention and she made a big gap in between my chin and the neck(picture provided), now I have to shave off my beard. She did not charge me fort the trim but I am not coming back to this branch. I don’t recommend this specific branch to anyone if you dont want a bad beard trim.
