  I absolutely love this med spa! Rachelle is hands down the best injector. I have been seeing her for years, starting with hormones and now for all my beauty treatments. She truly knows her stuff and always makes me feel beautiful and taken care of. The spa itself is beautiful, and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

  I've been seeing Rachelle for over 10 yrs. She is the only one allowed to touch my face. Now she's helping me with my hormones. I couldn't ask for a better experience. She is truly the best. Her staff is wonderful, and I look forward to my appointments. I will always recommend Arlani to anyone looking for a trustworthy and excellent Med Spa!

  I booked a “free” 30-minute consultation to discuss my hormone therapy concerns and aging skin. Rachelle was courteous, but the plan quickly shifted to requiring bloodwork, a lab review, and a follow-up to decide on prescriptions. A few skin options were mentioned, but none were helpful or actionable. At checkout I was billed $300 for a consult I was assured would be free. I paid it, then left utterly confused. The next day I called to request a refund and was told refunds aren’t available because the consult is for the provider’s knowledge and expertise. That’s a blatant bait-and-switch and a misrepresentation of their pricing. I’ve had free consultations with two other providers that same day, and I wasn’t charged a dime. Arlani’s policy contrasts sharply with that straightforward standard and it fails. I’m still interviewing providers, but I’m done pretending this isn’t a red flag. I have two more to consult before I decide who to work with, and I’ll compare every option against the transparent, upfront pricing I encountered elsewhere. If you want genuine free consultations, shop around. It would be absurd to pay $300 to every provider you wanted to interview to find the right fit for you. I do not recommend this place based on this experience. Read the fine print, ask the hard questions, and compare with others who actually offer a true free consultation. I was never told, at any point, that the free consultation I booked was actually $300. Very disappointing! I was misled and won't be going back!

  Arlani overall is wonderful... Their welcoming demeanor, knowledgeable explanations, and genuine care in delivering the best surely shows throughout the entire tightly run, respected ship of Rachelle’s… Hope, is my absolute favorite matey, sweetest-heart, loveliest lady there that I was lucky to have for my first visit and now return to time and time again, even travel out of state for. Writing a Google review is the least I can do to support, advocate, and show my gratitude and appreciation for their work.

From the second you walk in, they know your name, they welcome you like family, and you can just feel how genuine everyone is. The doctors and staff are beyond amazing—not just skilled, but honest. And that’s rare. They don’t try to upsell you or push treatments just to make money. They actually care about what’s best for YOU. They’ll guide you, give real advice, and make sure you’re comfortable with every decision. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in everything. The atmosphere, the professionalism, the results… all top tier. I always leave feeling more confident and taken care of than I ever have anywhere else. I will never go anywhere else.
