- RWRocinda WatlingFeb 28, 20261.0Got my haircut done Friday evening around 445-5pm. I didn't get the name of the lady doing my hair. I was far too upset leaving as she tried to convince me that the cut was what I asked for. I asked for a bob with bangs, framed to my face but right above my shoulder. She turned me away from the mirror.. I thought she was looking at the length and started using an electric razor to cut my hair!!! I have never had anyone use a razor to my hair. I asked if she was going to use scissors she reassured me that she wasnt done and it would be ok. Well it wasnt. My hair was far too short and uneven. I thought maybe its something I had to fix with styling. Nope! My hair was far too uneven all around. My mother tried to french braid my hair and she was appalled at how uneven my hair was. My hair was sticking out with so many short pieces. I usually dont have an issue but this was not right. I told her I didnt like it but she repeated over and over its a style and it looks good. Now I pray my hair grow back fast so someone can fix for me. 😭

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
