Second time, the stylist told me she has never done layers. An experienced stylist came and did a few layers and just let her do the rest without any supervision. It was such a poor level of service and care. It was a terrible outcome. I ended up going to an actual salon to get it fixed. I gave them several chances and the skill set and supervision is lacking. Will not return.
