I used to love coming here and getting supplies, but the last couple of times the girls working there have not been very nice. They have a major attitude and this last time they were arguing with each other in front of customers. I was ready to check out and there were two girls close to the front who didn’t say a word to me. It wasn’t until another customer looked at me and asked if I was waiting to be helped and I said yes when one of the girls looked at the other one and said “will you check her out?” With an eye roll! I felt really uncomfortable. There are always boxes of shipment piled everywhere and I can’t get through most of the isles. It doesn’t look like there’s much of a storage room so I understand not having room, but it makes it really inconvenient shopping there. I also witnessed another customer ask one of the girls for advice and help with a product and she was really rude to her. I was disappointed. I hope these issues can be resolved so I can continue to shop there.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
