The so called stylist at the computer literally only did what she is doing in the picture. She stood at that computer through 2 hair cuts. She didn't know what she was doing and was very loud about the activity on the computer, so much she was turning customers away. The date and time it took place was today Friday Jan 9th around 3:45p.m. - 4 p.m. you should look at your cameras she is really bad for your business. It should not take 20 minutes to get checked in for a hair cut. She need to be retrained and taught better customer service skills. This is the third Great Clips location that has had complete garbage customer service. Do you just hire people and give them a pair of scissors and an apron?

He clearly was not sure how to do it right so I asked for the other person working to see if she could fix it. She did make it look much better and I really appreciated her expertise.

After walking next door to WinCo I went back because I wasn't happy about it. The lady who did the cut said "mom wasn't happy about it? I didn't think she would be". Like what? You cut it!!! This haircut was awful, and in no way should be carried out by someone who considers themselves a professional haircutter. What's even more frustrating is every other stylist in there was seemingly delivering fantastic looking cuts. Not sure we will be back. The picture speaks for itself.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
