Apparently cheap does mean garbage, because they get so much flack from the staff every single time and they both walk away disappointed. Sadly, neither of them like confrontation and dont feel like making a big deal out of something that should pretty simple, do what the customer says with their hair. None of us (family of 4)will be going back to great clips ever again.

Even after I corrected her, she only took the intructions on ONE SIDE OF MY HEAD. Nowhere did my notes say that, nor did I. Genuinely ashamed, and considering completely buzzing my head. I'm not usually a complainer or confrontational person, but it's so bad that I feel I deserve some sort of compensation, like a refund.
