While waiting, a guy walked in and wanted his hair cut. He didn’t speak English, only Spanish. The lady with short white platinum hair was super upset to help someone who spoke Spanish. He showed a photo and she expressed how she doesn’t know how to help him if he doesn’t speak English. After the cut, he expressed he wanted another addition to his haircut. She then state, “ugh.. now I gotta fix it.” Shrugged her shoulder in disappointment and then stated, “well my morning is going great.” The least you can do is respect anyone coming into your location. Will never be coming back here again. Horrible.

The coupon apparently was only valid for 5 days I came on day 7 of receiving the coupon. Honestly not thrilled with the false advertising. If you provide a coupon you should honor it or at least provide a coupon that lasts at least a month.
