  I love coming to Woodhouse to get pampered from the moment I walk in the door! The staff is so welcoming and the spa is so beautiful. Liv always gives the best facials!

  I had the BEST facial with Liv—seriously such an amazing experience from start to finish. My skin feels absolutely glowing and refreshed. The standout for me was the scalp treatment… So relaxing and such a perfect add-on—it took the whole facial to another level. I'll definitely be back.

  I went to the Holladay Woodhouse location for my birthday to get a massage, with my mother. We were first told to wait in a small room in the back area where we had to wait for our massage therapist. Well both sections of this area were full of people and there was no where to sit, unless I wanted to sit on someone’s ottoman. I had to stand up to drink my coffee, that I was offered but then had to hunt down from three different employees who kept directing me to ask someone else. When my mom and I finally got were able to sit down, my mother’s chair had someone’s discarded towels and garbage on it. When the lady finally brought me my coffee, they didn’t even pick up the used towel. I had the massage, my neck and back have been feeling worse after I had the massage and have since been hurting me at work. When I was finally headed back into the locker room to change back into my own clothing, my locker was unlocked, and my clothes were all wet. I don’t mean slightly wet, I had to use the bathroom hair dryer to try to get my top dry. The client next to me asked me what I was doing because I looked like an idiot blow drying my sweater. Even after I stood there trying to get it dry, it didn’t end get much better. So I had to wear my wet sweater to leave. I explained my concerns at the front desk about my top and that it was still drenched in some liquid that was in my locker and the three female employees just looked at me and said “I’m sorry,” and proceeded to take my mothers form of payment. They didn’t offer anything to take of the situation, not even a towel. This experience was supposed to be for my birthday especially since my mother traveled in from out of town to celebrate with me and instead I left soaking wet and cold. This was terrible and unacceptable experience.

  Best Massage of My Life—Worth Traveling Across the Country I was surprised with a hot stone massage from my daughter at Woodhouse Spa, and I’m still thinking about it, it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, everything felt intentional. The atmosphere is stunning, calm, luxurious, and instantly grounding. You can feel the stress melt away before your service even begins. What truly sets Woodhouse Spa apart is the entire experience. The sauna before your appointment, the tranquil lounge spaces, the quiet moments to just sit, breathe, and be… there’s no rush, no pressure. You’re genuinely invited to slow down and stay as long as you’d like, which is something you don’t find just anywhere. The hot stone massage itself was incredible, relaxing, therapeutic, and exactly what I didn’t even realize I needed. Every detail felt elevated, thoughtful, and above and beyond. This wasn’t just a massage, it was a full reset. In fact, it was so amazing that I would absolutely consider traveling from the Midwest back to Utah just to experience Woodhouse Spa again on a regular basis. If you’re even thinking about booking—do it. You won’t regret it.

  I received a relaxing facial from Liv a few months ago and I’m still dreaming out it! She’s so talented, calm vibes, and super easy to talk to. The spa was cozy and everything I needed that day! Will definitely be coming back!
