- KBKimi BNov 3, 20251.0Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. I went in asking for a 2in trim, frame around my face and long layers. The lady seemed to know what she was doing but I was terribly wrong. I let the lady know I have semi curly hair and I washed my hair day of to show how my hair gets frizzy when air drying. When I was done getting my haircut my hair was about 5 inches shorter and the lady sprayed my hair with water to allow it to curl up so I couldnt tell the shelf cut I received. When I got home I straightened my hair and realized the layers were off and past my cheekbones, half my hair was 1 inch longer than the other half and when I called the store manager, kindly they refunded the money (not the tip amount). The manager had me go in to look at my complaint and tried to "fix" my hair and tell me it actually wasn't as bad as I was saying. I found another stylist who ended up taking off another 2.5 inches all around just to even out my hair, ive never had my hair so short and never been so disappointed with service.
