    Great makeup store and I love all the products. My only concern is that the last two times I’ve gone, the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers. I was looking for help, and when I finally asked, it felt like I was a burden to the staff member. One staff member was very kind though, I believe her name was Kelsie. She came up to me and asked if I needed help, even after the incident.

    Every time we visit this Sephora location, the customer service is consistently terrible. We are always treated poorly, and it feels like the staff has no interest in helping customers. The entire team needs extensive training on professionalism, kindness, and basic customer service. I keep hoping the experience will improve, but it never does. Very disappointing!

    Many employees followed me and my friend around while we were shopping. My friend had a couple of bags from some surrounding stores as we were shopping at multiple and had most employees walk around/follow us. They kept asking if we needed anything and then one stood behind us and was trying to see in our bags. It’s ridiculous to profile people based on their skin tone. From now on I’ll just stick to ulta. At least I don’t get literally stalked when shopping.

    My sisters and I went into Sephora today, and it was really busy Saturday afternoon. However, we had four different girls provide very attentive, knowledgable, and friendly service - really making three middle age woman who didn't know what they were doing feel important. I wish I could remember all their names. There were also smiles and greetings when we came in and left.

    Came into this place in a hurry and needed a good foundation match, when I tell you this girl with the prettiest blue eyes named Whitney helped me in under 5 minutes!! Found my prefect foundation match!! Love her, love this place, im definitely coming here again! 💕💕
