  Super disappointed! Apparently they changed their return policy. I brought in an eyeliner that didn’t workout thinking I had 60 days , because it’s always been 60 days. I travel all of the time and was out of the state and was not able to return it before I left. When I went in to return it, the manager wouldn’t let me return it and the 30 days had BARELY passed. I spend ton of money here and have always really like this place. But, will not shop here anymore because of the crap service from the manage. ULTA all the way!

  I walked in and walked around for over 5 minutes. When I walked in, no one said hi how are you? Can I help you? There was one lady helping a person on a tablet. Another lady was having what seemed to be a personal conversation about her dad and brother. And then someone at the cash register, not ringing up anyone just standing there looking down I’m assuming on their phone. Finally, I open the drawer on the bottom to start grabbing what I came for. And then a woman comes up to me and says can I help you like in a disapproving voice because I opened the drawer. I told her yes I want to buy a few things and I’ve been waiting and no one’s coming to help me. She says oh sorry we’re a little shorthanded. That’s not what I saw what I saw with people doing whatever they felt like. She appeared to be the only one actually helping somebody. After that, she said oh somebody’s gonna be here to help you really shortly so I waited a few more minutes and finally the girl came. The girl was really friendly and helpful. However, when I’m walking into Sephora, a luxury beauty store I expect better service. At least someone could’ve made eye contact, said hi we will be right with you when I walked in. I didn’t even get a look my direction. It was like I didn’t even exist. I won’t be visiting the store again anytime soon.

  My sister and I came here to get her a new concealer and we were having a hard time shade matching. We asked for help and Aspen was SO nice and SO helpful, even tho the store was closing she didn’t make us feel bad or in a rush at all. It was just a really nice experience and a great Sephora location overall!

  This is by far my favorite Sephora location! The staff really goes above and beyond to help you! Everyone is so kind, professional, compassionate and caring. They helped me during a hard personal situation and made sure I had some samples to get me through. Thank you so much for your help ladies. Your kindness made a huge difference.
