After using them this morning I can say they were definitely the right choice for me. The staff at the door were very welcoming as well which was nice especially due to the holiday season.
- BVBrandy VasquezOct 15, 20252.0I walked in and walked around for over 5 minutes. When I walked in, no one said hi how are you? Can I help you? There was one lady helping a person on a tablet. Another lady was having what seemed to be a personal conversation about her dad and brother. And then someone at the cash register, not ringing up anyone just standing there looking down I’m assuming on their phone. Finally, I open the drawer on the bottom to start grabbing what I came for. And then a woman comes up to me and says can I help you like in a disapproving voice because I opened the drawer. I told her yes I want to buy a few things and I’ve been waiting and no one’s coming to help me. She says oh sorry we’re a little shorthanded. That’s not what I saw what I saw with people doing whatever they felt like. She appeared to be the only one actually helping somebody. After that, she said oh somebody’s gonna be here to help you really shortly so I waited a few more minutes and finally the girl came. The girl was really friendly and helpful. However, when I’m walking into Sephora, a luxury beauty store I expect better service. At least someone could’ve made eye contact, said hi we will be right with you when I walked in. I didn’t even get a look my direction. It was like I didn’t even exist. I won’t be visiting the store again anytime soon.
