- _E_Unknown Entity_Jan 27, 20261.0Many employees followed me and my friend around while we were shopping. My friend had a couple of bags from some surrounding stores as we were shopping at multiple and had most employees walk around/follow us. They kept asking if we needed anything and then one stood behind us and was trying to see in our bags. It’s ridiculous to profile people based on their skin tone. From now on I’ll just stick to ulta. At least I don’t get literally stalked when shopping.

However, we had four different girls provide very attentive, knowledgable, and friendly service - really making three middle age woman who didn't know what they were doing feel important. I wish I could remember all their names. There were also smiles and greetings when we came in and left.
