- CRCory RomeroFeb 12, 20262.0I’ve gotten a haircut here a few times and the person today cut my hair shorter than asked and rushed it. I’m dissatisfied to say the least. I can’t go in for their 7 day policy because it’s too short, there’s nothing they could do to fix it now.

- AAAshJan 14, 20261.0I took my son in to get a haircut last night 1/12 and left with a very unhappy little boy! His hair was as cut way too short. I called the store to ask for a refund and at first she tried to give me a free cut next visit however, we will not be going back to this location. So I requested a refund again and she said I would be able to come back in today 1/13 for that refund but they are actually CLOSED Tuesdays. All I can say is I am not impressed and I will be in tomorrow for my promised refund.
