- AAAshJan 14, 20261.0I took my son in to get a haircut last night 1/12 and left with a very unhappy little boy! His hair was as cut way too short. I called the store to ask for a refund and at first she tried to give me a free cut next visit however, we will not be going back to this location. So I requested a refund again and she said I would be able to come back in today 1/13 for that refund but they are actually CLOSED Tuesdays. All I can say is I am not impressed and I will be in tomorrow for my promised refund.
- ASamber simpsonDec 27, 20251.0My husband went in for a haircut today (12/27) and right when he got in there, Siobhan, one of the managers, was openly and LOUDLY reprimanding another employee. This was clearly a conversation that should have been had in the back, not in front of customers. Then as Siobhan was giving him his haircut she was yelling across the room correcting the coworker and looked at my husband and said something along the lines of "she'll figure it out eventually". After all of this you'd think she'd at least give a phenomenal haircut based on how she openly tried to show off how much more knowledge she has. But this (very simple) haircut my husband has is subpar and just not that good for how simple it is. After all of these events combined my husband did not feel a tip was earned. Siobhan said something along the lines of "no tip, really?" My husband explained why no tip, and left. My husband and I are both consistent customers to this location but needless to say we'll be going to the other Eagle Mountain location where hopefully they're a bit more professional.
