I get to the store and even get the text you’re next as I walk in the door and both stylists took two walk in customers before me?! I followed their stupid check in on the app because every time I try just walking in they tell me I have to use the app and make me wait! It’s always this location too that does this! For the ridiculous price they charge for a simple men’s haircut you’d think they’d at least follow their own guidelines and honor their stupid check in online first nonsense! The stylist love to hover over you at checkout as well almost to pressure you for a tip for their lousy service! I will be using the barber shop across the street from them from now. They at least know how to treat their customers with courtesy and respect

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
