I asked for a half inch trim and she cut about2 inches off and then gave me bangs which I did not ask for I thought she was trimming my hair and all a sudden I see my hair just falling and cut short. Not to mention she was so loud about my hair being damaged that I needed to cut it shorter and to use certain shampoo and not argon oil. I swear the whole place heard because people were looking at me even the workers there. I am very disappointed in the service.

(I'm sorry for the crude description, I didn't get her name) When this woman asked what I wanted I asked for a one on the sides and a three on the top, and she claimed that was too short, I got confused, so I agreed to at least a 4 on top, thinking I'd bring it down afterwards. News flash: She went way shorter. She either doesn't understand what the numbers on the guards mean, she wasn't paying attention, or perhaps she thought this would be a good way of "teaching me a lesson" for not wanting to do what she wanted, (that is probably a stretch though) because she used no guard on the sides and used what looks and feels like a one or two on the top. After cutting my hair, she came running over to my father who was sitting down and pinned the entire thing on me, saying I didn't understand the numbers and such, and my father, who also cuts hair, could obviously tell that she was lying through her teeth. I can't in good conscience reccomend this place of they're letting people like that cut hair. Luckily I don't care too much about my outward appearance, so I can deal with it, but I seriously fear for people who do care who get haircuts from this woman. Please educate your barbers (in skill and honesty) and hairstylists, and then maybe I will consider returning to this location. Until then, go find somewhere else to get your haircut.
