The stylist was rude to my husband and showed no professionalism. The haircut was poorly done — uneven and not worth the price, which is already higher than Sport Clips. Please train your staff to be more polite and skilled. Basic courtesy and respect go a long way, especially in customer-facing services And most importantly if you don’t know how to cut hair !!

I took 5 boys and all of them needed fixing when they came home. We showed one girl a picture of what my oldest son wanted and she huffed and rolled her eyes! Very unprofessional. But, the most hilarious, and frustrating was my son asked for a lightening bolt…I don’t know what that is but it certainly isn’t a lightening bolt. Not to mention they are on both sides of his head and they aren’t symmetrical or the same and it looks like he tried to cut his hair himself!! If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
