  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!! They approached me right away and led me in the right direction of finding a good makeup routine. I got color matched for the Nars foundation and it was a perfect shade. I’ll definitely be coming back to purchase more products!!

  My friend and I walked in to just get a small item so I could use my reward points. As soon as we walked up, the tall Sephora employee was beyond rude and condescending. I asked to get an item in the case with my points and she immediately said, "Well, we will just have to see how many points you have." in a tone that was clearly talking down to me. It was only 100 points. I informed her that I knew exactly how many I had, which was 300+. Then my friend commented about one of the birthday items being new. The friend clearly stated while talking to me that it was a birthday item. The Sephora employee still felt the need to say, "It's a birthday item only.” in the same rude tone despite us clearly knowing and saying it was. I will not be back and prefer to shop online anyway. The employee also needs to humble herself and be polite because that behavior would not be tolerated at all the retailers I've worked for.

  Horrible. I'm writing this from the parking lot. I drove here without any makeup on for the sake of hoping to get a new color match and buy a new collection. One customer was in the store finishing up getting suggestions and stated they'd be back another time. Meanwhile, I walked around 15-20 minutes as the lone customer yet was never asked if I would like any help, so I left. I probably won't go to another kiosk Sephora, possibly no Sephoras. I was reminded why I went to Ulta more over the years.

  Didn't buy anything but didn't need anything. Huge selection of perfumes and travel sizes. They were out of the one I liked in travel size but would recommend. Much nicer then the Sephora in Uniontown. And no pushy staff either.
