  Anastasia did an amazing job with my 10 year old’s hair! The whole experience was so smooth and quick. We didn’t even have an appointment—we just called before walking in. She was so accommodating and welcoming. The entire process, from shampoo and haircut to blow-dry and styling, took just under an hour, but it honestly flew by! We are SO happy with how it turned out. Anastasia’s work is incredible, and she’s also so friendly and kind on top of that. We’ll definitely be coming back to see her regularly! We couldn’t be happier with the experience.

  Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with my experience. My appointment started almost 30 minutes late because my stylist hadn’t arrived yet, and when she did arrive, the delay wasn’t really acknowledged or apologized for. She was kind, but there wasn’t much conversation or communication throughout the appointment. I also found it a little strange that I was positioned facing away from the mirror/across the room for the entire haircut, so I wasn’t able to see my hair at all until she was completely finished. The haircut itself turned out decent, but the blowout wasn’t the best and overall the experience just didn’t feel as polished or welcoming as I expected. I understand that people run late and things happen, but a little communication and acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

  Wow. We’ve had quite the day. Took a teen boy with ear length hair in for highlights and a haircut. Showed a picture of chunky blond highlights and a preferred cut. This process took 3 hours, cost $171, the stylist had to have another stylist do most of the haircut as she did not know how to do a fade, and the color is literally invisible. We won’t be back. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the other stylist who saved my son from a bad haircut. I have medium back length hair myself and get full highlights & lowlights with a cut for that price.

  Deborah was awesome. She dealt was my neurotypically behaved teen like my daughter was a perfect angel. Deborah managed to get my daughter's fried bleach blonde hair back to her original dark blonde and added dark blue highlights to her hair. My daughter's hair looks amazing. I can't even tell that her hair bleach yellow blonde or that her hair was damaged. Deborah totally worked miracles on my daughter's hair.

  Won’t return to this salon would give 0 if I could. Went in showed stylist what I wanted done and she chopped my hair, seriously my hair is uneven and you can actually see where she cut with no blending whatsoever, the top and back are not cut as short as I asked so I can’t even style it if I wanted to and I have tried to use gel but it just stays flat. I was not comfortable watching her cut my hair so yes I should have said more than I did but gave up because she didn’t listen. For almost $40 it should be better service, emailed customer service and never had a response
