  asked for a trim and blowout; was denied getting a blowout. hairdresser proceeded to trim my hair while doing my hair, she stopped to twice to cut two other customers hair. she proceeded to style my hair with two half french braids pinned back with bobby pins; it didn’t stay in place for more than 30 minutes after leaving. i got home and washed my hair; my hair is now choppy and uneven all throughout. definitely don’t recommend going

  I'm a simple man with a simple haircut that takes about 15 minutes that makes the person cutting my hair worth 88 dollars an hour I think it is time to look for a smaller barber shop

  Great Clips is okay... but this is not the location to go to (I have been to oevr 50 locations in 6+ states). I went in today and specifically asked for my fade to be brought all the way up to my hard part. I epressed how i did not want hairs to blend into my part because then the longer hairs get a mind of their own and need product to stay flat. I asked if I could get a medium high skin (foil) fade to my hard part. Fast forward... and the stylist did exactly what I asked them not to do they went from a medium high foil fade to about a 4. Not in and of itself a big deal... but when I specifically asked for it to be kept tight and not go to a longer normal blend length it was frustrating. I also didn't have a lot of time for them to redo the haircut 3-4 times... Soo I said that it was good enough and asked if they could do a better job on the other sides fade as you could literally see it stepping out like a shelf in 3 different places. Once my other side was "fixed" (still stepped... but good enough) I said that I was okay with it. The stylist quickly took off the hair cutting cape and went to payment... without blow drying or removing a lot of loose hairs still on my head. In amazement I stood up and began removing chunks of hair from my own head while the stylist stood at the front desk ready for payment. I then made mention that she had not blown off my loose hairs and asked why it had not been done. They stylist made comment that I was "tough to deal with" and therefor she simply didn't want to. As I was going to check out the stylist also called me "Nasty." Not once did I change/raise tone... not once did I insult or name call. Yet I was subjected to it multiple times by the stylist. The manager or someone who appeared to be the manager came forward and I expressed to them how I was at a loss of words that the stylist simply checked out, didn't complete the cut by blow drying off the hairs, and had instead began calling me names all because I asked why she had done exactly what I had asked her not to do in the begining of the cut. In a form of recognition the "manager" offered to blow dry the hair. I declined as I did not wish to stay in the establishment any longer. I know its "Great Clips" which is synonomous with "Okay Cuts" but I will not be returning to this location. This is the third time they have not been able to give me what I ask for. And being harrassed/name called and not even given the respect of blowing off hairs at the end of the cut is insulting and disrespectful. I am a big fan of treating everyone with respect... This establishment could care less. They will cut your hair how they want period. If you make a comment about it I guess they will literally just end the cut and begin insulting you with names. NOT A GOOD LOOK.
